Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Support to join our team and support the efficient delivery of our cleaning operations.

The Role
The Operations Support will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of construction cleaning projects. Working closely with the Cleaning Manager, Site Supervisors, clients, and cleaning teams, you will help coordinate labour, schedules, compliance requirements, and project delivery to ensure high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and scheduling of construction cleaning projects.
- Coordinate cleaning operatives and site supervisors across multiple sites.
- Assist with recruitment & onboarding.
- Ensure site documentation, Tool box talks, RAMS, training records, and compliance paperwork are up to date.
- Monitor project progress and provide operational updates to management.
- Maintain company systems and databases with accurate information.
- Offer support to the cleaning manager, site supervisors and team members
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in an operations support, coordinator, or administration role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, facilities management, cleaning services, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of construction site procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Experience scheduling mobile workforces or managing labour allocation.
- Understanding of RAMS, site inductions, and compliance documentation.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 with company pension
- 4.5 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays (5 weeks after 1 year)

- This is a 37.5 hour 5 day working week but could be a 30 hour 4 day week for the right candidate
